Ballinahown Community Development carefully considers the heritage of local buildings and consistently aims to be sympathetic in terms of design, sustainability, accessibility, usability and suitability of new or renovated structures for all people regardless of age, size or disability, location and environment. This is evident in plans for a major renovation of the Community Hall with support from Just Transition.
Similar consideration is applied to the development and management of community spaces in terms of information signage, sustainable lighting, parking locations, nature trails and walkways.
