Ballinahown’s Halloween Costume Swap gives costumes another chance to be worn. Families can donate gently used costumes and find something for Halloween, helping reduce waste and making it easier for local children to join in the fun. The swap has featured a costume rail at Rosie’s Village Shop and pop-up events in the community.
